ℹ️ Admin Section
The Admin section in the sidebar contains Notification Settings, User Guide, and this About page. These are app-level configuration and reference pages for coaches and team admins.
📣 Announcements
Coach-to-parent communication. Categories: Competition, Practice, Travel, Uniform, General. Urgent pins to top with red accent. Sidebar badge shows unread count. Browser push notifications supported.
🏆 Competition Detail
Tap any competition card to open the full detail view: status, weather, schedule, travel, documents, coach notes, and scores all in one place. Tap the Back button to return to Competitions.
📅 Competitions
Add and manage all competitions. Tap any card to open the Competition Detail View. Each competition can have a uniform, scores, placement, and notes. UPDATED/URGENT tags appear when changes are made.
🏠 Dashboard
Your home screen. Shows next competition, weather, countdown, action items, announcements preview, packing progress, and recent results. Quick Links row shortcuts to all key pages.
⏰ Day Schedule
Full competition day timeline. Select a competition from the dropdown to see events. Add warmup, performance, awards, and registration times. UPDATED tags fire notifications.

Central file hub. Add PDFs, images, links, docs by category. Search and filter. UPDATED tag when new files are added. Sidebar dot notification.
🏨 Hotel & Travel
All travel logistics per competition. Add hotel, parking info, venue entrance, drop-off location, and uniform of the day. Triggers notifications when updated.
📸 Memories
Season archive. Season summary stats, chronological timeline, awards and achievements auto-detected from competition notes, photo gallery, team moments, and season documents.
🔔 Notification Settings
Global on/off toggle. Per-category toggles for Announcements, Schedule, Travel, Competitions. Urgent alerts always on. Quiet hours support with overnight range.
🧳 Packing List
Track what is packed. Four default sections plus custom items. Multi-day mode for Travel Day, Day 1, Day 2, Day 3. Mark All Packed button. Progress bar turns green at 100%.
💰 Payments & Fees
Track outstanding balance, upcoming fees, and payment history. OVERDUE tag in red when past due. Record payments and link to fees to auto-mark paid.
📋 Roster
Manage your team athlete list. Add name, number, role, and contact info. Tap Edit to update or X to remove (confirmation required).
🏆 Season
High-level overview of your entire season — win/loss record, best score, score chart, competition history, and season goals set in Team Settings.
⚙️ Team Settings
Set team name, gym, level, division, season, coaches, target score, and goals. Upload a custom logo. Set a default team uniform. Toggle dark/light mode at the bottom of the sidebar.
👗 Uniform System
Set uniforms per competition — name, top, bottom, bow, shoes, hair, and notes. Fallback priority: competition uniform → hotel uniform → team default. Surfaces on Dashboard, Schedule, and Competition Detail.
🌤 Weather Widget
Powered by Open-Meteo (free, no account needed). Reads the City field of your next competition. Shows temperature, rain %, wind, and smart parent messages. Updates within 7 days of competition.
